Conduct quality supervision sessions
Support team members to achieve clinical utilisation
Assist management with recruiting new clinicians
Facilitate and review new staff induction program
Foster and maintain positive team culture
Conduct regular reviews of team member performance
Ensure quality assurance is maintained across documentation
