CCC-SLP - American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or presently active in a supervised clinical fellowship year and certification received within one year of employment, Speech-Language Pathologist - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice
Nice to Have
1-3 years Speech Language Pathologist in a hospital, SNF, outpatient and/or home health setting

Develop treatment plans
Provide treatment for speech therapy services
Administer diagnostic assessments
Implement individualized treatment programs
Modify intervention goals
Provide direct therapy services
Prepare written documentation
Communicate effectively with patient
Establish rapport with interdisciplinary team members
Participate in program development
