Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups. * Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders. * Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients. * Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives. * Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols. * Participate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment. Qualifications: * A recognised degree in Speech Pathology. * Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent). * Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * A commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices.
