We also connect families with local community resources to ensure they have access to the broader support network available in their area. Each needs an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you'll: * Deliver evidence‑informed supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals. * Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to tailor support options that suit each child and family. * Empower families, caregivers, and professionals by building skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using coaching approaches. * Connect children and families with their community to promote inclusion and participation in the settings and activities they choose. * Maintain thorough and accurate records in the NDIA business system , including conversations, developmental progress, and goals. * Guide families through NDIS processes , including plan application, implementation, and funding.
