As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Newcastle and Hunter region , depending on where you’re based - work close to home! In this role you will: * Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings * Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults * Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC * Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals * Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes * Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals ## Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: * Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA * Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability * Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment As you support many, we support you.
