Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients in speech-related goals. This role is crucial in helping individuals regain independence and enhance their quality of life. The SLPA will be responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by the Speech-Language Pathologist. This includes direct client care, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The SLPA will play a vital role in client skill acquisition and progress.
