Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. What Makes Us Unique: Full-time center-based work with a compensation potential of up to $100,000+ Monthly billable hour bonus eligibility In-house CEU's and professional development opportunities Loan forgiveness and tuition assistance up to $21,000 Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck, regardless of client cancellations Interdisciplinary teams with Occupational Therapists & Board Certified Behavior Analysts Annual CEU Stipend of $1,000 Job Summary: To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for our young learners, we currently have an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the day. Most of our learners require Speech Therapy in addition to ABA and Occupational Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Speech Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential.
