What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from a CAPCSD-accredited program, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA, Valid, unrestricted Tennessee SLP license, Clear background check, Proof of immunization status per district requirements
Nice to Have
2 or more years of school-based SLP experience, Knowledge of RTI and MTSS frameworks, Experience with AAC and assistive technology, Experience with autism spectrum disorder and complex communication needs, Bilingual fluency: Spanish or other languages

We have immediate openings starting July 27, 2026, continuing into the 26-27 school year. You collaborate with special education teams, general educators, parents, and related services providers to create inclusive, data-driven intervention plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessment tools to determine eligibility for services under IDEA, Section 504, and state standards Develop and implement individualized education programs and 504 plans with measurable, functional, and academically relevant goals Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services across langu
