Ensures that appropriate written documentation meets TJC

and general professional standards.

Provides appropriate documentation to all requesting agencies and individuals including physicians

and other professionals.

Assists in development of SLP marketing materials with approval of supervisor.

Ensures professional competence and expertise in speech language pathology.

Attends 95% of all scheduled departmental

Assisting with PI as directed by supervisor.

and evaluates practicum students and graduate interns as requested by supervisor.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Oklahoma State License to practice Speech Language Pathology (SLP). Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families. Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting.
