Must Have

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university, valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), At least two years of experience providing speech and language services to clients, experience in telehealth

Nice to Have

experience preferably in a clinical setting

What You'll Do.

provides evidence-based speech and language evaluations and therapy

determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients

contribute to the development of cutting-edge

interdisciplinary care models

Complete a set number (minimum 4 per week) of 90-minute evaluations (direct clinical service) with 30-minute documentation time (non-direct clinical service)

Identify candidates for short-term intensive SLP treatment programs and complete 30 minute treatment sessions

Maintain a clinical schedule including a combination of morning and evening evaluation times (8-10 am and 3-7 pm) and weekday/weekend availability

focus on weekday evaluations after 3 pm EST

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Speech-Language Pathologist efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based speech and language evaluations and therapy. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients.
