Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology educational program, State of Ohio licensure as an Speech-Language Pathologist, Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent combination of education and experience
