With a deep understanding of the communities we serve, we strive to provide superior home care services with exceptional customer service. ### Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders in clients. * Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech and language needs. * Provide individualized therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and nurses, to provide holistic care for clients. * Monitor and document progress and outcomes of therapy sessions. * Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and maintain progress. * Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of speech and language pathology and implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions. **Requirements** * Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Current license in Michigan as a Speech-Language Pathologist. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health care setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment methods. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Proficient in conducting assessments
