Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. **STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS** * Master’s Degree, Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), ASHA. * Experience in adult/children neurological speech and language disorders, evaluation and treatment, including aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, laryngectomy, stuttering, and voice disorders. * Experience with head and neck cancer, tracheostomies, cognition, TBI, dementia, and modified barium swallow studies. * Certificate of Clinical Competence, America Speech-Language-Hearing Association, (required) or * Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), American Speech-Language-Hearing Association * Licensure in Speech Pathology-Michigan (required) or temporary license during the CFY (required) * State of Michigan Driver’s License – Home Care Line ## How Corewell Health cares for you * Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
