What They're Looking For.
Must Have
U. S. Citizenship required, Active Secret clearance, Top Secret eligibility required, Bachelor's in Engineering or STEM, 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree & 7+ years experience
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Navy or DoD Frequency Spectrum Certification, Familiarity with RF/130i documentation, Familiarity with spectrum coordination activities, Experience supporting fielded systems, Experience supporting site surveys, Experience supporting test events involving RF emitters, Background in RF systems, Background in electronic warfare, Background in radar systems, Background in communications systems

Provide spectrum engineering support
Support Frequency Spectrum Certification
Support authorization activities
Prepare RF spectrum documentation
Review RF spectrum documentation
Submit RF spectrum documentation
Conduct spectrum analysis
Identify interference risks
Identify operational constraints
Identify mitigation strategies
Support system integration efforts
Develop spectrum-related technical reports
Develop spectrum-related analyses
Develop spectrum-related briefings
Coordinate spectrum compliance
Support work in classified environments
Support work in controlled environments
