Must Have
2-3 years customs operations experience, Higher education, Practical knowledge of import/export procedures, Knowledge of simplified procedures, Knowledge of active processing, Knowledge of customs guarantees, INTRASTAT report preparation skills, GUS report preparation skills, MS Office proficiency, Excel proficiency, Excellent self-organization skills, Ability to work under time pressure, Customer-oriented approach, Analytical thinking, Communicative English, Fluent Polish
Nice to Have
Business degree preferred, International trade degree preferred, Logistics degree preferred, Experience with SENT system, Experience with EMCS PL2 system, Experience with WinUCZ system
What You'll Do.
Handle customs clearance for import/export
Prepare and verify customs clearance documents
Prepare declarations in WinSAD system
Perform tariff classification of goods
Supervise customs permits
Represent company before customs authorities
Prepare applications for customs authorities
Prepare settlements for customs authorities
Prepare explanations for customs authorities
Cooperate with customs agencies
Cooperate with GE Aerospace customs departments
Prepare and send INTRASTAT reports
Prepare corporate statements
Operate EMCS PL2 system
Operate WinUCZ system
Organize domestic transport
Organize international transport
Coordinate deliveries
Monitor shipment status
Manage exceptions (delays
Prepare transport documents (CMR
Prepare specific shipping instructions
Handle transport claims (damages
Prepare documentation for claims
Take corrective actions with carriers/forwarders
Verify purchase transport invoices
Cooperate with Finance Department
Cooperate with other departments for customs data
