Eligibility Requirements

Comfortable handling biological specimens, Able to lift up to 40lbs., Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School diploma or GED or equivalent

Nice to Have

3 years or more experience (lab, accessioning, production, manufacturing or warehouse environment)

What You'll Do.

Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing

Oversee routing of specimens to their respective prep areas

Encourage process improvements and best practices

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Resolve any production errors as requested by management

Research and resolve any production errors while escalating

Engage in continuous process and service level improvements

Responsible for enforcing and managing policies and procedures

Perform administrative duties
