Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 2 years’ or more previous relevant experience in clinical laboratory environment
Nice to Have
Associate degree, Supervisory or leadership experience, 1 year or more of prior distribution experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise day-to-day operations of Accessioning department
Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens
Monitor daily workflow in the lab
Schedule adequate coverage
Ensure all shifts are properly staffed
Resolve production errors
Perform quality assurance checks
Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance records
Provide coaching and feedback
Administer and manage policies and procedures
Process and maintain payroll and personnel files
Perform administrative duties
