Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline, 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction‑related environments, Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC‑related products, Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards, Experience influencing technical decision‑makers through compliant, evidence‑based solutions, Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals, Structured, analytical working style with stakeholder communication skills, Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts
