Sika je vedoucí světovou silou ve vývoji a výrobě produktů pro těsnění, lepení, izolace, zesilování a ochranu nosných konstrukcí ve stavbách a v průmyslu. Základem úspěchu je dlouholetý vývoj výrobků a systémových řešení v reálných podmínkách staveb i průmyslu. We are currently expanding the Specification selling team for South Bohemia and are looking for a new colleague, who wants to work for a strong brand and help our customers with the implementation of projects in the construction industry. We are not just looking for "Sales prep". We are looking for those who like to propose new solutions, give advice and recommend how to move the project forward. What you will be responsible for: * Primarily developing long-term cooperation with design offices and architects , you will become their"friend on the phone" who they will turn to when they want advice on our range. * You will travel a lot(up to 4 days a week) and meet new people in the industry. * Organize your work and plan your working day by yourself. * You will negotiate with designers, architects, investors, the assignments are different and you will never get bored. * You will propose specific, technical solutions for project documentation and present their benefits. * You will become an expert in the market , if you are not already. * You will work closely with representatives from other departments. We work as a team and you will never be alone. * You will feel good about the completed project. ## Qualifications How we imagine you: * You have a university degree or a technical secondary school and practical experience. * You have no problem reading basic technical materials in English and exchanging a few English emails with colleagues from other countries. * You want to be the master of your time and organize your work. * You may not have many years of experience in the field, but you like to learn new things and put them into practice. * You like to be on the move and on meetings with customers, sitting i
