Its 33,500 employees generated annual sales of CHF 11.23 billion in 2023. * Promote the company’s construction chemical solutions to consultants, architects, contractors, and developers. * Secure product specifications in project tender documents and technical approvals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, architects, government authorities, and project owners. * Provide technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders. * Support sales teams with technical expertise during project discussions and negotiations. * Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to identify opportunities. * Recommend suitable construction chemical systems for waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, sealing, bonding, grouting, and protective coatings. * Coordinate with contractors and applicators to ensure correct product application and compliance with specifications. * Monitor construction projects from design stage through execution. * Maintain project tracking records and update CRM/project pipelines regularly. * Conduct market intelligence activities and identify competitor products and trends. * Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support business growth initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company HSE and quality standards. ## Additional Information We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
