Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age or older, Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Work independently and as part of a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, Effective communication skills, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues, Interpret instructions, reports and information, Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb up and down ladders as needed, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others, Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. as needed, Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)

Plan daily/weekly workload
Execute workload to deliver on department and store sales goals
Plan merchandising sets
Make changes and updates to merchandise sets
Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices
Close skill gaps through development
and lead a team of consultants
Assign daily tasks to TMs
Encourage team to use department tools
Partner with third party vendors
Support team's execution of changes to merchandise sets
Create inspiring visual moments
Support backroom processes
Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
Lead team in prioritizing guest experience
Establish clear goals and expectations
Hold team members accountable to expectations
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct
Lead and demonstrate a safety culture
Model execution of physical security processes
Support merchandise protection strategies
Follow all safe and secure training and processes
Assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities
Address all store emergency and compliance needs
Support guest services such as back-up cashier
order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU)
