Must Have
interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members, Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Effective communication skills, Work both independently and with a team, Resolve guest questions quickly, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb and down ladders, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others, Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)

Leverage store tools to understand sales

Set visual presentations and merchandising guides
Maintain product availability and full floorpad
Execute and maintain backroom organization
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through
Support price change processes
Maintain and use fitting rooms
Support fulfillment and guest needs
Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct
Work in a safe manner
Support guest services
Create a welcoming experience
