Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Support sales planning cycles including annual and quarterly territory planning, quota setting, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with Sales leadership to develop capacity models and optimize territory and resource allocation. Manage CRM systems (including Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and process consistency. Support quote-to-order lifecycle activities, including pricing, configuration, and coordination with order management teams. Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align assumptions and planning inputs. Identify, design, and implement process improvements across sales operations workflows. Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or related analytical roles. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; Anaplan experience required. Experience with Oracle CPQ and/or pricing tools is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or system-related concepts for business users. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment. Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or SaaS/data-driven sales environments is a plus.
