Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, Active State Pharmacy Technician Registration
Nice to Have
5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, especially in specialty pharmacy or clinical settings, CPhT certification
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients
Provide end-to-end support throughout their treatment journey
Manage patient relationships
Support patients with refills
and ongoing therapy management
Coordinate drug delivery logistics
Identify and resolve insurance
Monitor adherence and proactively intervene to improve patient outcomes
Ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly
