What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Independently licensed mental health professional, Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm PDT or MDT, 2+ years of clinical experience working with eating disorders, Proficiency with motivational interviewing, Proficiency with diagnostic assessment, Proficiency with triage, Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for ED, Communication skills, Organizational skills, Tech skills
Nice to Have
Bilingual proficiency, Experience in working with adolescents
What You'll Do.
Conduct telephonic screenings
Conduct brief interventions
Refer members to appropriate eating disorder treatment
Apply active listening
Apply psychoeducation
Apply motivational interviewing
Coordinate care plans
Facilitate referrals within the Spring Health network
Provide crisis management
Provide safety planning
Maintain accurate documentation
Maintain timely documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to program development
Contribute to team onboarding
