What You'll Do.
Opening the store: safe
Maintaining daily functions
processing bank deposits
reconciling chargebacks
counting register and petty cash
Resolving customer issues
researching/payment of bills
tracking/processing customer packages
Follows Jewelry Standards
Follows Shipping Guidelines
processes ASN Shipments
processes price changes
Retrieve and process merchandise returns
Retrieve and process merchandise transfers
Ensure case counts are completed
enter merchandise into case count system
reconcile discrepancies
Maintain a repair log
track repairs sent to vendor
track repairs sent to local shop
submit repair invoices
Receive and verify merchandise for trunk shows
assist in show set-up/take down
recap trunk show results
Prepare and submit special order requests
Prepare and submit Statements of Sale
Process Fulfillment orders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate with Corporate Merchants; Communicate with Account Payable; Communicate with Inventory Control; Communicate with vendors; Assist managers and associates on the selling floor
