What You'll Do.
Opening the store: safe
registers and distributing reports
Maintaining daily functions
processing bank deposits
reconciling chargebacks
and counting register and petty cash
Resolving customer issues
both internal and external
Follows Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines
and properly book all jewelry
Effectively processes re-tickets
ASN Shipments and price changes
Retrieve and process all merchandise to be returned/transferred to the vendor
Ensure case counts are completed and reconciled
Maintain a repair log and track all repairs
Receive and verify all merchandise for trunk shows
Prepare and submit all special order requests and Statements of Sale
Process Fulfillment orders
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control and vendors as needed; Assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary
Communication Scope
Verbal and written communication; handles telephone and face to face interactions effectively and professionally
