What You'll Do.

Manage daily General Office operations

Manage daily Jewelry Department operations

Maintain daily functions

Process bank deposits

Reconcile chargebacks

Count register and petty cash

Resolve customer issues

Research/payment of bills

Track/process customer packages

Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines

Process price changes

Retrieve and process merchandise for return/transfer

Complete case counts and reconcile discrepancies

Maintain repair log and track repairs

Submit repair invoices

Receive and verify trunk show merchandise

Assist in trunk show set-up/take down

Recap trunk show results

Prepare and submit special order requests

Prepare and submit Statements of Sale

Communicate with Corporate Merchants

Maintain Internal Audit readiness

Monitor vault/safe contents

Assist managers and associates on selling floor

Process Fulfillment orders

Perform ad hoc responsibilities
