In close collaboration with the quality assurance lead, the wireless device certification tester is the expert in their field. The incumbent will be part of the wireless engineering group and will ensure that mobile devices function correctly on Cogeco's mobile network.** ****Responsibilities**** * **Develop, with the network quality assurance lead, the test plan for the certification and testing of mobile devices.** * **Coordinate and maintain the inventory of mobile devices used across Cogeco and its partners for executing test plans.** * **Execute the test plans developed by the network quality assurance manager for the certification of mobile devices to ensure that devices meet all relevant standards and function correctly on the Cogeco network.** * **Identify non-conformities observed during testing, provide initial analysis, and record details in the anomaly management system.** * **Track and requalify anomalies discovered during test execution.** * **Follow up on discovered anomalies with the supplier(s) before ensuring resolution and high-quality delivery.** * **Actively participate in problem resolution, discussing it with Cogeco architects as well as internal and external suppliers.** * **Evaluate mobile devices through laboratory testing, device or network log capture, and analysis of captures using post-processing tools.** * **Capture any device-related issues discovered during testing, inclu
