Monitor and manage Law Firms
Monitor and manage Collection Agencies
Monitor and manage Skip Tracers
Monitor and manage Process Servers
Monitor vendor performance
Identify trending and opportunities
Provide coaching/feedback to vendors
Manage network communications
Complete vendor performance assessments
Present feedback to vendors
Complete assigned operational tasks
Act as backup for tasks
Participate in project work
Act as SME for projects
Participate in project meetings
Complete system testing for projects
