What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/data architecture within large, complex organizations, 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale AI and analytics solutions, Deep knowledge of data architecture, databases (relational, NoSQL, NewSQL), Deep knowledge of advanced analytics/AI/ML techniques for high-volume and complex datasets, Direct experience with AI/ML, LLMs, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI, Expertise in modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ETL/ELT, big data, cloud-based analytics, BI tools like Power BI), Strategic thinker with the ability to align business, product, and technical needs in enterprise environments, Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Nice to Have
TOGAF certification, Databricks Machine Learning professional certification, Databricks Data Engineering professional certification, Experience with version control, Experience with CI/CD, Experience with MLOps practices, Knowledge of Agile development best practices, Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
