Must Have
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Technical Communication, or a related technical field, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience developing and maintaining engineering or manufacturing documentation, Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and change documentation, written communication skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and consistency, Ability to work cross functionally with engineers and operations teams to gather and validate technical content, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation deliverables simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience supporting engineering services, manufacturing, or NPI environments, Hands‑on experience creating SOPs, work instructions, service manuals, installation guides, and maintenance documentation, Familiarity with engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and document revision control, Experience working with PLM/EPDM systems, document control tools, or controlled documentation workflows, Exposure to documentation for process equipment, industrial systems, or regulated manufacturing experience with gas point of use and purification or high purity fluid handling system is an advantage but not required, Ability to collaborate with engineers and product management groups to clarify technical content and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
