You will also have the opportunityto work in modern and inspiring work environments. ln collaboration with the Director, Standards and Regulatory Compliance, the incumbent will be responsible for producing and maintaining technical documentation for Air Transat's Flight Operations department. They will also ensure compliance of content related to regulations and standards for quality and safety purposes. Responsibilities * Create and update technical documentation in various formats (XML, SGML, PDF). * Ma nage change requests for all technical operations documentation. * Work closely with the technical pilots' team for manufacturer documentation. * ConvertAirTransatcorporate manualsfrom DOC/PDFtoXML. * Support continuous improvement initiatives for stylesheets and electronic document viewer functionalities. * Plan and execute data cleansing and document standardization projects. * Ensure compliance tags and XML module links meet industry standards. * Translate documents into French and English, as needed. ## Qualifications * College diploma in a relevant field (technical writing, airline industry, etc.). * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience editing structured data (XML, SGML). * Knowledge of industry standards for structured data (DITA). * Proficiency in MS Office and issue-tracking software (JIRA or equivalent). * Strong analytical and project management skills. * Knowledge of flight operations (asset).
