Graduate (any stream), A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar kind of work, data analysis or related field, Good communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skills, Experience in using Microsoft Office products, in particular operating Excel spreadsheets, numerical and analytical skills, a natural inclination for working with data, a keen eye for detail
Nice to Have
Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), Comp & Ben experience, Total Rewards

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
Deliver ad hoc queries and data analysis
Analyze client data for accuracy
Generate data analysis and process statistical reports
Update data collection and report materials
Identify data gaps and trends
Prepare documentation and updates of SOPs
Peer review survey work
