What You'll Achieve.
Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient buildings, building systems, and equipment
Industry & Context.
Analyze Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems, determine causes of malfunctions, and implement corrective actions
Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to work in various weather conditions during daylight and nighttime hours, Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7 years of Skilled Trades experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, Ability to analyze Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems, determine causes of malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, Experience working with ice machines, Proficiency with computers and programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, High School diploma or GED equivalent, Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to work in various weather conditions during daylight and nighttime hours
Nice to Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
