What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven ability to build trust with customers and navigate the sales cycle effectively, minimum 5 years experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent, Hands-on experience in one or more of the above, coding experience in Python and/or JavaScript, Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and building visualizations, Experience building and delivering proofs of concept (PoCs), responding to the technical and functional aspects of RFIs/RFPs, Data analytics tools including Tableau, Looker, Power BI, AI: Python/R, data wrangling, machine, Experience with data modeling, star schema design, data warehouse concepts, Deep domain expertise in analytics and data strategy, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present to diverse, Solid presentation and interpersonal communication, English and Spanish proficiency required, Sales-minded, Able to support the sales team with objection handling, business value articulation, and product positioning, Willingness and flexibility to travel, adapt working hours as needed, Committed to helping teammates achieve not just individual goals, but team goals as well

Nice to Have

Official Salesforce Certifications (Tableau Consultant, CRM Analytics, Admin, Advanced Admin, Data Cloud, Agentblazer), Experience with Generative and Predictive AI models, ETL tools experience (Informatica, etc.), Hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.), Published thought leadership (blogs, conference talks, whitepapers), Portuguese proficiency

Showcase Tableau solutions

Build excitement around the platform

Lead discovery sessions/workshops

and implement solution prototypes

Build and present customized demos

Present Salesforce technology infrastructure

Articulate business value of Salesforce's analytics platforms

Deliver technical/security responses on RFPs/RFIs

Enable adjacent teams to position Salesforce's Analytic Platforms

Drive new technologies

Handle multiple customer engagements concurrently

Strategize with the sales team

Share customer feedback

Drive thought leadership about analytics

Establish role as a mentor

Contribute to team enablement programs
