Must Have
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree with 9 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field, Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Event Hubs), Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT concepts, Experience with programming languages including Python and Java, understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, Experience with databases like SQL, Oracle, Redshift, Experience working with and developing APIs
Nice to Have
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, understanding of systems engineering processes and methodologies, Experience with systems integration and validation, Experience with Clinical Domain and GxP regulations

This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions and automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime. _Roles & Responsibilities:_ * Collaborate with business partners and other software engineers to develop and deploy the latest, advanced technologies in support of product optimization * Work closely with the delivery and platform teams to ensure that the applications are aligned with standard city planning approved architectural and development guidelines * Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code * Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology * Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern programming languages * Develop event-driven or service-oriented architectures that support large-scale enterprise systems. * Implement database schemas, queries, and data-processing pipelines across relational and NoSQL datastores. * Work with designers, data engineers, and platform teams
