What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree with 5 + years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR Bachelor's degree with 8 + years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams using Scaled Agile methodologies, 5 + years of professional experience in software development and system design, 3 + years of hands‑on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications or Custom GPTs in production, centered around OpenAI (preferred), Claude, or Gemini
Nice to Have
Experience working with Power Automate, Tableau, JIRA, and Smartsheet, Familiarity with GxP environments and systems validation, Experience working in regulated industries such as biotech or healthcare, Hands‑on experience designing and building cloud‑native solutions, preferably on AWS (e. g. , Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker), Hands‑on experience with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval pipelines, programming skills in Python, with familiarity in GenAI libraries such as Transformers, LangChain, and Hugging Face, Experience with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation, Experience designing secure integrations using API gateways and RESTful services
