What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of overall experience in IT services / technology delivery, 5+ years of project/program management experience, Mandatory experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud-based projects, understanding of SDLC (Waterfall methodology), Hands-on experience with MS Project or similar tools, Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Proven ability to operate in global, matrix environments, PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory), Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience with NICE Actimize implementations or programs, Exposure to AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance platforms
