Must Have
Hands-on experience in settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade operations within brokerage, fintech, banking, or asset management, Understanding of securities trading, settlement flows, custody operations, and reconciliation processes across on-exchange and OTC products, Highly analytical and detail-oriented, Problem-solving skills, Operational ownership mindset, Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and external market infrastructure partners, Interested in leveraging automation, data tooling, and scalable workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risk

About the Team The Securities Platform team is responsible for building, managing, and scaling Bitpanda’s securities infrastructure across Stocks, ETFs, and Options. Working at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering, the team designs and manages post trade workflows, settlement processes, reconciliation frameworks, and operational controls supporting both B2C and B2B business models. The team collaborates closely with Brokerage, Engineering, Compliance, Exchanges, Custodians, and external market infrastructure providers to build scalable and resilient post trade operations across multiple products and jurisdictions.
