Must Have
Experience leading meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation and effective outcomes., Deep knowledge and expertise in SAFe., Experience with PI planning and roadmap alignment across teams., Ability to collaborate with RTEs and contribute at the Solution Train level., backlog prioritization and refinement skills., Jira experience, SAFe training experience
Nice to Have
SAFe Scrum Master certification, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IAM certifications
