**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, processes, and authorization concepts * Implement and optimize master data processes and governance rules (e.g. SAP customizing) * Ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient master data processes * Maintain, validate, and approve key master data objects in SAP * Perform data migrations, mass data updates, and process monitoring activities * Create analyses, reports, and KPIs to monitor and improve data quality * Participate in and lead MDM projects, while continuously developing policies, standards, and best practices * Ensure the availability and reliability of MDM services through close collaboration with IT and business departments * Conduct training sessions on master data maintenance and governance # Qualifications: * Extensive professional experience in Master Data Management (e.g. SAP S/4HANA), with a proven understanding of the complexities of the field * Strong commitment to ensuring high data quality and a solid understanding of completeness and plausibility checks * Hands-on SAP experience with master data objects (e.g. Material Master, Business Partner, and other master data domains), including their maintenance and optimization * Strong team player with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environment * Fluent written and spoken English, enabling effective communication in an international environment ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
