Must Have

Degree-qualified in Commercial, Engineering, or Business disciplines, Experience in contract preparation and execution within a trading environment, High level of commercial acumen, Numerical and analytical skills, Attention to detail, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, Experience using ERP systems

Degree-qualified, preferably in Commercial, Engineering, or Business disciplines

What You'll Do.

Deliver sales operations services for equity products

Manage shipments related activities

Identify value opportunities

Mitigate risk across supply chain

Provide input on operational terms

Identify and evaluate potential operational issues

Propose resolutions to mitigate operational risks

Execute shipping plan

Provide instructions to logistics service providers

Arrange freight forwarders

Ensure shipment execution status updated

Review quality certificates

Ensure shipping documentation and invoices generated are in

Timely submission of shipping documents to banks

Collating shipping documentation

Manage assay exchange process

Process laytime calculations

Timely settlement of demurrage

Timely settlement of payment to freight forwarders

Check and/or operate Letters of Credit

Obtain LC confirmation and discounting quotes

Support discounting process

Liaise with Finance on payment receipt

Ensure final invoices are booked

Provide information to Finance

Monitor and manage counterparty's credit positions

Escalate unpaid invoices

Manage internal and external stakeholders’ communications

Deliver high service level

Manage supplier and customer operational logistics interactions

Facilitate and coordinate customers and supplier’s claims

Execute sales operations activities in alignment with Group

Escalate and communicate contract compliance discrepancies

Escalate and communicate logistics risk areas

Maintain accurate records within relevant systems

Support continuous review to identify opportunities

Manage and working with stakeholders to deliver implementation

Manage and working with stakeholders to deliver improvements
