What You'll Do.

Deliver sales operations services

Manage shipments related activities

Identify value opportunities

Provide input into purchase and sales contracting processes

Identify and evaluate potential operational issues

Propose resolutions to mitigate operational risks

Execute shipping plan

Provide close coordination between sales and operational logistics

Provide instructions to logistics service providers and suppliers

Arrange freight forwarders

warehousing operators

Ensure shipment execution status and dates are updated

Review all quality certificates

Ensure all shipping documentation and invoices generated are

Timely submission of shipping documents to banks/counterparties

Collating shipping documentation

Maintaining physical file

Manage assay exchange process

Process all laytime calculations

Timely settlement of demurrage / despatch

Timely settlement of payment to freight forwarders

Check and / or operate all Letters of

Obtain LC confirmation and discounting quotes

Support discounting process

Liaisons with Finance on payment receipt

Ensure final invoices are booked on a timely

Provides information to Finance to facilitate cash flow

Minimising working capital

Monitor and manage counterparty’s credit positions

Escalate unpaid invoices

Manage internal and external stakeholders’ communications

Deliver high service level

Manage supplier and customer relationships

Manage logistics requirements

Manage documentation requirements

Manage ad hoc reasonable requirements

Manage both supplier and customer operational logistics interactions

Optimise logistics results

Facilitate and coordinate customers and supplier’s claims /

Ensure speedy resolution

Execute sales operations activities in alignment with Group

Escalate and communicate any contract compliance discrepancies

Maintain accurate records within relevant systems

Support continuous review to identify opportunities

Maximise value and efficiencies

Manage and working with stakeholders to deliver implementation

Maximise value for the Marketing BU

Adherence to all Anglo American Group and Marketing
