The ideal candidate will drive the development of reusable migration assets and artifacts that enable faster customer decision-making and scalable application migrations to AWS. You should be technically proficient, with a passion for learning and introducing new technologies, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical strategies to both internal stakeholders and customers. This hands-on role requires expertise in building automation solutions while maintaining strong partnerships across AWS departments, including services teams, marketing, and professional services. You'll be instrumental in helping colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new technologies, ultimately driving successful cloud transformation initiatives. Key job responsibilities - Drive development of reusable migration assets and artifacts enabling faster customer decision-making and scalable application migrations to AWS - Architect repeatable solutions, mechanisms, and playbooks for efficient, cost-effective, and low-risk workload migrations - Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS Migration Solutions and tooling. - Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product teams - Develop and maintain comprehensive migration documentation including whitepapers and best pr
