What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of work experience in end-to-end volume recruitment experience, In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection processes including boolean passive searches and utilizing job portal, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Inherently motivated and professionally persistent, Listening skills and time management, Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills, Creative thinker and proactive problem solver, A police clearance is required for successful candidates and should be readily available once identified for the role
