The primary responsibilities include: Supporting the product complaint system through: * leading and managing product complaint investigations * performing data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time. ## Qualifications * Education in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred). Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of directly related experience or Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience OR Associates + 8 years of directly related experience OR High school/GED + 10 years of directly related experience * Experience in project management. * Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). * Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of compliance requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. * Experience using Microsoft Teams. * Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT.
