Responsibilities include assisting in the design, deployment, and upkeep of carrier-grade provisioning systems, operations applications, and the databases and operating systems that support them. Furthermore, the individual acts as the Application Administrator for the operations, provisioning, and CPE activation platforms that underpin the infrastructure for all of Breezeline and Cogeco. Overseeing the regional provisioning landscape, the Provisioning Engineer manages, maintains, and continuously monitors HSD provisioning systems, including associated PON and HSD service platforms. This specialist role requires a deep understanding of Cable TV infrastructure, HSD environments, and network troubleshooting, alongside proficiency in protocols like DOCSIS, DHCP, and TFTP. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while applying superior troubleshooting expertise to ensure system reliability. **_Job Responsibilities:_** * Installs, administers, configures and maintains CPE activation, provisioning, and operations applications including operating systems and related software * Provides 'on call' support to resolve CPE activation, provisioning, and operations application issues after normal business hours * Monitor and manage full stack Incognito provisioning * Monitor and manage Cisco PNR, RDU DOCSIS provisioning * Monitor and manage regional IP assignment and usage as related to HSD servic
