What You'll Do.
Facilitate communication with project stakeholders
Prepare regular / ad hoc reporting
Prepare meeting records/minutes
Assist with project benchmarking
and interpret project data
Prepare regular project reports
Manage on-account trackers
and areas for improvement
Support development of data-driven strategies
Arrange access and provide training on JLL technology
Undertake refresher or ad hoc training
Extract data and prepare standard reporting
Ongoing administration of technology systems
Use Client technology systems to capture data
Monitor/report on technology usage/adoption
Monitor and Report on data quality
Liaise with PDS delivery teams
Undertake technical onboarding of PDS delivery teams
Review project-specific deliverables
Monitor project compliance with processes
Manage centralized document control activities
Review and assist in tracking projects against KPIs
Ensure consistent implementation of technology stack
Prepare detailed cost estimates
Collaborate to develop accurate budget estimates
Develop and maintain cost plans
