What You'll Do.
Support EPI to Identify project needs
Lead Engineering project team
Promote process adherence
Align with EPI on strategic topics
Support Acquisition and manage eQuote Phase
Ensure nomination of project team
Preparation and support EPI of GPMS Phase Reviews
Participate in internal audit
Participate in external audit
Establish and maintain eProject time schedule
Coordinate Engineering sub-project team
Coordinate risk identification
Perform project marketing
Interface of Sub-project team to EPI
Ensuring resource planning
Ensure project controlling
Support efficient closure of project
Breakdown objectives of sub-project
Prioritize within sub-project framework
Delegate work to project members
Reject assignment of team members
Decide on counter measures
Escalate project deviations
Request additional budget
Approval of work products
Participate in Quality audits
Participate in task force
